Paradise Circus – February 2012

9 02 2012

The next stage in the redevelopment of Paradise Circus is about to begin. Argent and Birmingham City Council own or lease the majority of the Paradise Circus area (from Centenary to Chamberlain Squares including Copthorne Hotel, Conservatoire, Central Library and Paradise Forum). They now have proposals for the total redevelopment of this crucial city centre area and we, the public, are about to be able to see and comment on them.

There will be a public consultation exhibition of these proposals at the Waterhall Gallery (off the pedestrian section of Edmund Street) from Wednesday Feb 22 to Saturday Feb 25. Times:- Wednesday 3pm to 7pm; Thursday 8am to 8pm; Friday 8am to 3pm; Saturday 9am to 1pm.

There is a website but the last time I looked, it was still predominately about the previous consultation in 2010. It may get updated!!
