The reservoir has recently been awarded Local Nature Reserve status… by Natural England, an Executive Non-departmental Public Body .
You can join the Rangers in celebrating this and discover more about this local site for wildlife. There are a range of activities for all the family.
The event runs from 11am-3pm.

I am very disappointed that so little advance notice of this event has been given, which means that I shall be unable to attend.
We only heard about it via twitter and posted news here straight away.
