City Centre Christmas Lights and Parade 2014

OD4A7407Christmas has started in the city centre on 8th November. No it’s not really earlier than last year – the same happened on the 9th last year.

Wandering around I thought that the parade and Victoria Square activities had perhaps been scaled down a litlle…I may be wrong. What hasn’t scaled down is the enthusiasm and sheer joy radiated by those taking part and the great Birmingham public onlookers.

Here are some photos I took at this opening of the City’s Christmas celebrations.
