The Birmingham and Solihull Jazz & Blues Festival celebrates its 32nd year from July 15th to 24th 2016.
England’s longest-established jazz and blues festival and probably Europe’s biggest free jazz party typically presents more than 150 performances as well as workshops, talks, exhibitions and masterclasses.
Almost all of it is free to the public, taking place in shopping centres, streets and squares, bars, restaurants, libraries, parks, canal boats and sometimes even on buses and trains. Bands will be coming to town from all over the UK as well as from Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, India and the USA.
