“HS2 in Birmingham” Website Launched

This week a new website has been launched which will enlighten those, in Birmingham (and further afield), who find fascination in the prospect of high speed rail travel between Birmingham to London.

The website is part of the HS2 Ltd’s Community Engagement Strategy, and is being run by HS2’s Area North Engagement organisation.

This new online platform uses the expertise and tools of Commonplace’s online consultation platform to engage and inform the local community and enable them to find out about what’s happening regarding the project in their local area.

The site will have general updates about the project, and also include information on a number of topics, such as Archaeology in the area and the Washwood Heath Depot.

It is possible to sign up to receive alerts when news items are posted.

You can also send in questions and the most common ones received will be published in a FAQ section.

Click here to enter the new website.
