The Midland Metro Alliance, constructors of future Metro tram extensions, has issued the following information.
The temporary traffic upcoming changes are as follows:
- On Sunday 29 April, the junction of Gas Street and Broad Street will be closed to vehicles again for one day in order to facilitate utility diversion works between the hours of 10:00 and 20:00. Gas Street will become two-way under traffic marshal controls in order to maintain access.
- On Sunday 29 April, Paradise Circus south bound lane will be closed in order to install protective barriers ahead of the main construction works. Works are scheduled to take place from 22:00 until Monday morning 30/04/2018 06:00.
- On Sunday 13 May, the junction of Granville and Broad Street will be closed to vehicles for one day in order to facilitate utility diversion works between the hours of 10:00 and 20:00.
