Sheepcote Bus Lane Update Monday 3 December

Bad weather has held up progress on the cosmetic changes and enforcement of the bus lane in Sheepcote Street.

It appears the wet weather is not letting up and this is causing a big problem.

The Council workforce needs a dry period to lay a red bus lane, and the road needs to be completely dry for this process.

It is not possible to put up any more signs or remove any existing markings until the replacements can be installed .

So, at this point, progress is at the mercy of the elements.

However, as of the time of this post the intention is for work to progress tomorrow.
